It helps to mention your target launch date, a ballpark budget in rand and the markets you operate in. Tell us who makes the decisions. If some information is confidential, describe the task in general terms first and say that you need a nondisclosure agreement. We sign one on request and agree with you how materials are exchanged.
A person will reply within one working day. In our reply we will point out what information is missing and suggest a sensible next step: a call, a review of your materials or a research phase. Mention a fixed launch date up front.
