Website maintenance and recovery

Your website has stopped working, features disappeared after an update, or your previous developer no longer answers. Sometimes there are also signs of a hack and nobody knows the state of the backups. We start with access, the current state of the site and the features your customers most need back. After that we agree how regular website maintenance will work.

We audit the website, identify the problems and lay out a recovery plan. Where the necessary materials are available, we bring the site back to working order, fix errors and put updates in order. If there are signs of compromise, we agree separately on how to handle access and the environment, and on any notification duties you may have under POPIA. What data can be restored depends on the backups available.

Once the site is restored, you can move on to regular support, improvements and monitoring. We combine development with our own infrastructure, email and backups. Send us the website address, the symptoms and when they started. Please leave passwords out of your message; we will agree on a secure way to share them.
